Terms of Service | SolveHost

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for and using the services provided by SolveHost IT Ltd ("SolveHost", "We", "Us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cancel your account immediately and refrain from using our infrastructure.

2. Resource Usage & Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

SolveHost provisions services based on fair usage. To maintain network stability for all clients, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

Transmitting, distributing, or storing any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM) or utilizing our network to operate open proxies or mail relays.
Hosting or distributing malicious software, phishing pages, or botnet command-and-control servers.
Consistently maximizing CPU, RAM, or Disk I/O limits on Shared or VPS environments in a manner that degrades node performance for other tenants.

3. Payments, Billing, and Refunds

Invoices are generated 7 days before the due date. Failure to remit payment within 3 days past the due date will result in service suspension. After 14 days of non-payment, SolveHost reserves the right to permanently terminate the service and securely wipe all associated data. We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for all new Shared and VPS hosting accounts. Dedicated Servers and Colocation services are excluded from this refund policy.

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Uptime

SolveHost guarantees a 99.9% network and power uptime for all infrastructure services. In the event we fail to meet this SLA, clients are eligible to request service credits proportional to the downtime experienced, up to 100% of the monthly service fee. SLA credits do not apply to scheduled maintenance or downtime caused by client-side application errors.

5. Backups and Data Loss

While SolveHost provides automated daily and weekly backups for certain service tiers (e.g., Shared and Managed VPS), your use of the service is at your sole risk. SolveHost is not responsible for files and/or data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on SolveHost servers independently.

6. Account Termination

SolveHost reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately, with or without notice, if you are found to be in direct violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. In the event of a policy-violation termination, no refunds will be provided.
